Terms and Conditions of Sale

We try to be fair and accurate with all our product listings; therefore, please read the descriptions of your desired items carefully before making a purchase. The information we provide you is given to us by our suppliers. If you have reason to believe that any of our information is incorrect, please email us so we may investigate further and change the relevant details.

Customer service is our highest priority and of utmost importance to us. If you have a problem with your purchased item or the service you have received, please send an email to us so we may work together to resolve any issues.

Payments

An order will only be processed once we have received the required payment.

You can pay via credit card, debit card or EFT using PayFast.

If preferred, we also accept instant EFT payments made directly into our account.

Deliveries

To make things convenient and simple, we offer free nationwide delivery, which means the price you see is the price you pay.

We use the services of The Courier Guy to make deliveries of smaller items and DCB Logistics for larger items. In Gauteng, deliveries are made by our suppliers’ own delivery services. We deliver during working days, i.e., from Monday to Friday, except public holidays.

After making a purchase, we will arrange for the courier to deliver your purchase to you, and we will provide you with the relevant delivery details via email. Kindly ensure that someone will be available to receive and sign for the delivery.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to P.O. boxes or private bags.

If you purchase a glass or mirror item, please inspect the item upon delivery before signing for it by removing it from its packaging. Any damaged item must be reported, failing which a damage claim cannot be accepted. Any damaged item delivered by DCB Logistics or our suppliers’ own delivery services must be returned on the spot to the driver without signing the delivery document. Please notify us immediately via telephone or email about any damages.

For items delivered by The Courier Guy, we accept damage claims if they are reported to us via email within 24 hours from the delivery time.

We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage during transit, but we will endeavour to recover any loss as quickly and fairly as possible.

Returns of Purchased Items

If your item is received faulty or damaged, we will either offer to exchange the item for you if we still have it in stock or fully refund you after we receive the returned item. In such cases, we would arrange for a courier to collect the damaged item; however, you, as the customer, will be responsible for safely returning the item by securely packaging it in its original box.

If you do not want your item anymore or you purchased the wrong product, we are obliged by the Electronic Communication and Transaction Act to accept the return of your item within seven calendar days from and inclusive of the day you received your item. However, visibly customised items or items made to your specifications will not qualify for a return under the above regulations.

The return of an unwanted item will be at your own risk and expense.

We process refunds within 30 days of receiving a written request for a return and upon receipt of the returned item in its original condition and packaging.

You may also opt to receive a credit for your return to exchange your unwanted item for another item in our shop. If a product you want to exchange with has a different price, it will be necessary to pay us the difference, or we will provide you with a credit for the difference.

Our return policy aims to make sure that you, the customer, are completely satisfied with our service.
